The CGI is awesome. The plot is alright. I didn't like how the DinoBots was introduced. Didn't say how Prime know there existence. Didn't say much of the old character "Sam". Pretty much whatever they want to throw at you.

I bought this for a gift for my step dad who's into action movies. The movie story line isn't the best of the Transformers franchise in my opinion, but the action scenes look good and it works and looks great in blu-ray!

Action was great but when it came down to the actual storyline it was bad really bad all the main character cared about was his daughter not making out with her boyfriend even though the world was at its apocalyptic end

Transformers: Age of Extinction is a decent action movie, just not as good as its predecessors. The introduction of the "dinobots" is great but no Shia Laboeuf and the other original characters kinda killed it for me.

The steel case is ok, it just seems like a plastic case with a thin steel like cover. The movie looks great and I personally like the transformer movies for the most part. Giant robots blowing stuff up can't be too bad.

Your basic Transformers movie. Nothing really new and leaves two plot lines wide open. Actions sequences are as good as any Transformers movie. I would not pay full price for this, wait until it hits the bargain bins.

All of the Transformers movies are entertaining. After the fourth time through of the same thing I made this purchase because I own the other three not that I thought it was worth owning. I needed to complete the set.

...Micheal Bay went wrong. Too many new characters and not enough old favorites. I can't keep track of these robots anymore. This isn't my generations' Tranformers.

Not the best acting, not the best flow. However, awesome graphics and lots of action makes this a good addition to the transformers collection. Watch the movie for fun, not to critique and you will enjoy this movie.

Liked this version also but then again i am biased as i believe this has been a most enjoyable series in the transformer saga. As usual the special effects and sound was the best. Enjoy watching it with the family...

This movie is decent. However, I did not like the fact that the main character from the previous movies was not in this one. Besides that, the special effects were nice. The plot also seemed to be lacking something.

This is just a pure action sci-fi movie. Guess what . . . stuff blows up during intense action. And that is GREAT. If you have seen and enjoy the Transformer movies. Add this one. It's worth it.

    Action movie without story continuity

This movie I feel is the worse Transformer movie. It lacks continuity with the other three movies. If the aim was to start a new back of movies, it would have been better off by giving it a new name. like "Transformers New Generation". This way the watcher would not expect the story to be continued from the previous movies. A bunch of random action does not make a movie. At least, the others had a story line to follow. I don't know what this was. It was confusing, and I had little interest in finding out what happened next. I loved the first two movies. The third one was okay but not my favorite.

I'm a fan of Transformers movies. This entry was "OK". The story is good, but the CGI suffers from the same issues as the previous installments. Lots of shiny things, fighting other shiny things with explosions.

Pros: Buy this moving to test out your new home theater system. You will not be disappointed. Cons: Don't waste your money if you're expecting a movie with good acting, character development, and story depth.

Movie is way too long and the editing is horrible. But I needed this for completion sake, and this combo pack came with a lot at a good price. I just wish the exclusive steelbook case came with the 3D version

First, I'm disappointed that they decided to go with Mark Wahlberg in this role instead of the original LaBeouf character. With that said, the movie was still pretty good. Filed with action and entertaining

Michael Bay continues to ruin my childhood heroes in this, the next installment of the Transformers series. I have trudged through 3 movies, waiting for the Dino-Bots to appear, and now...well, it's just sad. The only thing they have in common with the true dino-bots are their names, and even a few of those are incorrect. I just wish someone would make him stop. After the 1st movie, there was potential. Then each successive movie got exponentially worse, until there was nothing left but explosions, noise, and my own sadness. You may as well wait to pick this one up in the 5$ bin.

I think we've finally hit Transformers fatigue. I've tried watching this one twice now and fell asleep both times. I think it's an ok movie, but nothing new or innovative happens that keeps you intrigued.
