Franchise had kept part of the series true to the original followers.(generation X) This last installment seemed to take a page from Marvel's Civil War, thus injecting several aspects of next Gen cartoons along the process. Well executed.

This is a great disc set that gives you a bluray disc, digital copy and a DVD. We utilize all three mediums so we definitely get our monies worth from sets like this. The movie itself is long but very enjoyable with great special effects.

I thought the new movie had a different approach compared to the previous movies 1,2,3. The acting was improved upon in addition to having the transformers be more involved and the new actors gave the movie something to look forwarded to.

The story was descent. Plenty of action and explosion. What do you expect on Michael Bay film? I wish they had more story of the Dinobots. If you a fan, definitely get it. Video and audio are definitely entertainment demo.

This is just like any other Bay movie; loud. The only thing I did not like with this one is that it is nearly 3 hours long. Should have cut back maybe 20-30 minutes of unnecessary scenes and it would have been much better.

i enjoyed this movie because it is more futuristic and shows many years later after the attack in Chicago, it doesn't replace the old cast members in the other Transformers movies but instead it shows the next generation

Good story, great special effects. downside - This movie clocks in at 165 minutes...make sure you've got no plans to go anywhere anytime soon if you're watching this. Also plan for a nap afterwards...still a great movie.

This is the best 3D movie I have seen. I didn't see it in theaters and am rating it according to the 3D Blu-Ray. My rating is only based on the 3D effects, if your already a fan of Transformers then you'll enjoy this movie as one to own.

I grew up watching the cartoon and actually went to the theaters when I was 10 to see "TF The Movie"...Even though this is the 4th movie in the recent series it is by far the BEST one of them all. LOTS of extras, and the sound is superb.

I enjoyed this movie as a 4th installment. It was a pretty fast start and kept the action moving. The only negative note I have is the strange choice for some of the transformation sequences. They were a little out there.

If you happen to be a transformer fan, then this movie will be a great addition to your collection. The only down side, is that the original cast members were replaced. Not like they didn't do that in the previous movie.

This movie was very different than the others. All new human characters, very disappointed in that. But over all it was a good movie. If you just like movies it will do...but have two bags of popcorn because it is long.

The movie overall was great only in the fighting scenes where you could see the 3D potential. Everything else was ok. Like I said if you wanna see transformers for about a half hour in 3D then this is for you definitely.

I am a person who loved the first two films in the Transformer series. the third was better than average. This film was quite a disappointment. Despite it's great CGI, action scenes, and production values, I found the film's story/plot contrived and drawn out. The acting was good enough, with most of the effort coming from Wahlberg. I can't say I was completely blindsided because the trailer didn't lead me to expect much. A shameful waste of production talent. I do hope there will be another in the series, but it's got to be be better than this. For all you FANS of the Dinobots, for the love of god, DO NOT watch this!

You don't buy these movies and worry what the critics complain about..it's just a fun edition to the Transformers series..awesome effects, lots of theater quality sound effects and visuals to complete the experience.. i smell popcorn!..

I've been a fan of Michael Bay from his first film, Bad Boys. Over the years I saw how the studio gave him more and more money to make a action packed. I grew up watching the cartoon of transformers. I enjoy watching all of the movies.

The best way I can describe this movie in one word is, confusing. I was unsure of what Optimus Prime and his interchangeable compatriots were fighting for; was it humankind, transformer-kind, or was he just aggravated with the whole state of affairs? I also didn't buy Mark W. as an inventor or his relationship with the daughter and boyfriend. The 3D was amazing and would have been better if I had not already seen the gravity trick in "The Man of Steel". OK, all the bad points aside, I was not bored with the movie, however, next time the Dino-bots need to do more. Worthwhile to waste a few hours and munch on popcorn.
