This is a great movie! Fast-paced and thrilling! It all starts with an ancient Autobot ship crash landing on the Moon and then Sentinel Prime, Optimus Prime's predeccesor, is revived and reveals something that could turn the tide in the Autobot-Decepticon War. What follows is one of the most exciting action movies you're likely to see. Dark of the Moon boasts tremendous visual effects and larger than life action. The movie is close to two and a half hours long, but it doesn't feel that long because the movie is so excting. The Transformers themselves look great. The Autobots and the Decpticons realy look like they are there and the transformations are all brilliantly executed. There's also some fantastic stunt work. If there was a catagory for Best Stunt Choreography, this movie would be a Prime contender for the Oscar. The Blu-Ray transfer makes it look even better. All of the video is crystal clear and highly detailed. The sound is amazing and really gives you the feeling of being there. Another great High Defenition experience. The only thing I don't like in this movie is the way Sam's character has developed. He has become whiny and unlikeable. If they make Transformers 4 (and I really hope they do) they should drop Sam from the movie. All in all, Transformers: Dark of the Moon is a Prime movie. One of the most thrilling action movies I've ever seen.

Best action movie ever. Watching the triolgy with family. Ever since I had a home theather, Transformers was a must have. I got X Men triolgy, Lords of the Rings Triolgy, even Hulk, Iron Man, and Thor. But I must say Transformers is a must have.

If you've seen the two Transformers movies before this, then you know exactly what to expect. There's giant robots, lots of explosions, okay acting, and underdeveloped characters. But if you've made it this far, like I have, you're ready to look past all that and enjoy the ride. There's great robot smashing action here and Michael Bay really knows how to make a some really cool scenes. There's a particular scene involving a squadron of military guys gliding over a city that's just amazing, especially when you know how much of it was real. The Blu-Ray itself contains some extras, like deleted scenes and the like, but nothing too stand-out. Otherwise, if you're looking for the third Transformers movie, you're getting exactly what you'd expect.

Transformers Dark of the Moon in 3D is an amazing sight to see. I did not get to see this in 3D on the big screen so when I learned it was coming to Blu-Ray, I knew I had to have it. The 3D quality is amazing on my LG 55" and the audio and video through my audio system is amazing. If you have an audio system, definitely turn it up and you'll definitely feel it in the chest in some action scenes from the subwoofer. Overall, this is my favorite in the series. Highly recommended!

This is the first and only 3D movie I've ever watched so I can't compare it to anything else. Regardless, I thought it was amazing. It looks really good and it has alot of nice 3D effects. The movie itself is great too. Good story and length. I don't understand why they left out Autobots that were in previous movies though. Anyway, I think if there are any 3D Blu Rays that are actually worth buying, this is definitely one of them.

If you are reading this review for the latest Transformers, then it probably means that you already have a passing interest in the movie. If you liked the first one, you will probably like this one. If you liked the second one, you should definitely think that this is an upgrade. Sure, it is more of the same; giant robots, fate of the world...Well, that is exactly what I wanted out of this movie. And it delivers. If you are expecting a masterpiece of plot and acting, then look elsewhere. If you are looking for action and special effects, then this is your ticket.

Transformers 3 may not be for everyone, but there's no denying that the visual effects and spectacle are fantastic. I found this film to be like a live-action Saturday morning cartoon on an epic scale and thought it was pretty great, especially in terms of the action and scale. It's one of the best Transformers movies in my opinion, up there with the first one and Bumblebee. The blu ray transfer is great and so is the 3D quality. The sound and music is also very good. If you liked this film, this is a must-buy.

My Blu-ray DVD of Transformers: Dark of the Moon played like it was supposed to. Flawlessly. I'm not a critic so my opinion of the movies does not matter. You know if you like this type of movie or not seeing as how this is the 3rd in the series and nobody is going to start watching these films starting with the 3rd one. Anyways, I liked it and that's all that matters. If you don't like or don't know if you'll like it then rent it first and quit leaving stupid feedback about the movie like you're Siskel and Ebert. Gimme a break. Nobody gives a flip what you thought about it nor you're critique of it. Get off you're high horse and get in the back of the line wanna-be.

In my opinion, this was probably the 2nd best of three. Good story. Visuals and Sound are amazing as always with a Bay Movie. Very good movie overall.

I am just going to agree with the other reviews here, this movie Rocks on my 55" 3D LG & 3D Samsung Blu-Ray player! I went to see this in the Theatre, and it is honestly better at home. More comfortable seating, better 3D, better popcorn and I don't have to go deaf with the overamped theatre audio.

The simple truth is if you have a home theatre with a high end TV and sound system and you like syfy... this is a movie you want to get. The special effects are extremely well done and the sound will rock the room if your system can handle it. The story line , acting , etc is at least at the level of previous Transformer movies but for me this is a great movie to show off that home theatre system you spent all that money on. Get it, its good fun and enjoy the show.

the action is really good and i enjoyed it alot the picture quality is excellent

While the first sequel suffered from a number of problems, the second sequel to Michael Bay's Transformers trilogy is a significant improvement in every category. The special effects are virtually perfect for the most part and the film's finale features an hour of action and explosions. The picture and sound quality is to die for and the special features are great and plentiful.

Heroine was pretty lame, but then again, they didn't ask her to be much other than eye candy. Otherwise, I thought they did a much better job telling the story this time than they did with #2. As for this particular item itself, I'm really getting upset w/distribution companies who make sure to put TM after Blu-Ray and R after Digital Copy on the front of the cases yet do nothing to denote there's a caveat to the digital copy. Then they put in tinytinytiny print on the back of the box that there's an expiration date for the digital copy installation. I have really good eyesight & I have a very hard time reading this info. For Transformers #3 the gotcha is that its code may not be valid after 09/30/2012. I wish stores (*cough*Amazon*cough*Best Buy*cough*) selling the products would also make a point of sharing expiration dates in their descriptions &/or covering up the DIGITAL COPY portion of the item once the expiration date has passed as IMHO it's misleading advertising.

I love all the movies and absolutely loved the cartoons as a kid growing up, so if you liked the others you will love this one as well. Comes with the 2 discs and a download code, but no extras which is a bummer - but the blu-ray is just as good as going to the theater on my tv. For sure worth the price on this one, I think I paid $16.

Movie is great, enjoyed it the first time and will Watch it many more times in future. Kinda sucked that when I received the movie, the top left of the case was smashed and cracked... But DVD still worked, so didn't feel like sending it back...

this is the sickest transformers ever made so far. the 3d was so real and in depth. the overall movie was amazing and your going to be on the edge of you seat when watching this.

The third film in the Transformers series, this film did not disappoint. Even bigger and bolder than the first two, Dark of the Moon takes the franchise to new places with new characters. It's big, loud fun. If you liked the action of the first two, definitely check this one out!

I like this movie but prfer to watch in regulay 1080. the 3D effects for this movie are not the best. and sometimes sem scattered.

This is an awsome action packed movie that plays great on my PS3's blueray player, highly recommend watching it on a hi-def l.e.d. tv in blueray, it really puts you right in the action with the vivid imaging and awsome surround sound. Great great great, gotta love the Transformers!
