A very entertaining and action packed movie, especially if you're a fan of the transformers series. The picture quality is outstanding to look at and the sound is mind-blowing. Great selection of special features on the disk as well. I would recommend it to people who are a fan.

As a kid growing up playing with Transformers and watching the cartoon this movie really brought to life what every kid wished for. Even as a mid-twenty something this movie still sparks the imagination and gets you to wish that your own car could be a Transformer. Excellent movie with great graphics.

I would definitely recommend anyone this movie. This movie gives you the chance to see Transformers in life-like robots, but it won't surpass the original animated Transformers movie! Special effects were great, had great direction, and it was really action packed! My only con is that they left out characters that should've been in this one, but I would assume they would make a sequel out of this. I would go watch the second one, if they are going to make it.

If you grew up watching The Transformers, and you have a Blu-Ray player and an HDTV, stop reading this review and click the buy button. This is the movie you want in the player when you want to show off your Blu-Ray player, your HDTV, and your surround sound. If you're looking for a movie with great performances, a plot that you'll be thinking about for days, then this isn't the movie for you. This is just fun. It's candy for your eyes. Not much else.

well as far as summer blockbusters go this one tops them all. If your like me and remember those childhood days sitting in front of the tv and watching cartoons of the transformers then you would love this movie it does not disapoint at all. its full of action and comedy it lives up to the hype...

Wow, at first when I saw that this movie was coming out I thought it was going to be a little kiddy movie, but no way, I was wrong. This movie is action packed and filled with just amazing scenes that you'll want to watch over and over again. The actors do very good, just amazing all together.

As a kid, I grew up watching Transformers every week. Seeing it brought to life on the big screen was incredible. The plot along with the action scenes made for a great movie. And seeing the atubots and decepticons brought to life was great! Voice acting and all was simply great! 5 stars!

this is such an amazing movie. everything seemed so realistic! in some scenes it had me on the edge of my seat wondering " what's going to happen next ?!?! " also, my son has the transformers video game. and that is wonderful as well! i would definitely recommend both products to anyone!

I love the Transformers. I remember having most of the toys when I was a kid. I couldnt wait till this movie came out and will be there day one to pick it on the two disc special addition. Check it out even if you didnt watch the show it is full of action and comedy plus Magen Fox is hot!

Transformers was a great movie both for fans of the action figures and cartoons and for newcomers to the story. The special effects were awesome, the music was great, and the acting was well-done. You really know an actor is doing a good job when you feel sympathy for a robot! Great buy!

This movie was awsome! Even if you have never played with transformers as a kid, or watched the cartoon (i.e., me) you will LOVE this movie. It is longer than a regular movie, but that is ok since you will never want it to end. The special effects are great and the story is even better.

Transformers is a pretty cool movie. The beginning was very funny but the humor starts to fade as the movie goes on. I thought the special effects were amazing ; some of the best special effects I've ever seen. This movie is really good but the only thing I didn't like was the romance between Megan Fox and Shia LaBeouf. It made the story a little cheesy at times. Other than the cheesy romance this was one of the best movies of 2007.

I use to buy transformer toys for my son in the 80's . THen when they made a come back in the 90's i got them for my neuphew.. Was fun to watch and remember the names of some of the transformers ihad bought for the kids. Specail effects were awesome. The whole family enjoyed the movie.

Alot in this movie made no sense! It may have well been the GoBots movie! They didn't stick to the original story, Bumblebee isn't a Volks Wagon Bug ...Very few robots I could even remember were even in the movie. The fight scenes were hard to distinguish between who was who. The audio for this dvd release I heard isn't in DTS. All the money they took in for this thing would make you think they wouldn't get cheap but, I assume they did.

Man i wanted this movie for the longest time and was not disappointed in the slightest...A huge fan of the 80's cartoon and now a huge fan of Michael Bay's adaptation. There isn't a thing wrong with this movie, other than the fact i am anxiously awaiting part 2! See this movie!

Any film by Michael Bay isn't entirely all that bad. Transformers has to be his best bit yet. I loved watching the cartoons series as a kid and to see this movie in the big screen is a huge leap. The action scenes will blow away just about anyone its with impressive transforming CGI.

This has got to be one of (if not) THE best movie i've ever seen yet, and i've seen many. The special effects are so real and so convincing, that by the time the movie is done, you're wondering if all what you have seen isn't really true... Definitely a TWO THUMBS WAAAYYYYYYYY UP!

When I saw this movie, it was the best action packed movie I have seen this summer. I am looking forward in getting the Special edition DVD to learn the special feature of the movie. I am also looking foward to hearing about the sequel they are planning for the Transformers movies.

The movie itself in great, and the blu-ray really brings the action to life. The only downside is that it is two discs, but the special features on the second disc are definitely worth a look. The sound clarity and the picture are astounding on blu-ray. THIS IS A MUST OWN!!!

This was a great action movie that actually had decent actors for a change. I thought this movie was going to be a bit cheesy but they did a great job in keeping it realistic enough to almost be believed. Story was alright and the whole movie had a good flow without much downtime.
