From the opening intro screen you know that this disc means business for your stereo system. Great surround, great bass, and perfect dialogue balance. The movie is just not very good, but the picture quality, and great effects make it bearable. 2.5 hours was about 45 minutes too much.

This movie wasn't as good as I expected. It had great action scenes and superb special effects and the movie provided plenty of laughs. The problem was that there are some huge plot holes and tons of mistakes made by the filmakers. Decent movie but no where near as good as the original.

Not sure if Blu Ray is any better than the DVD....

I tried liking it but liked Dark of the Moon a lot more. The acting isn't anything to write home about and the plot line sucks. It's a Michael Bay movie so if you like action and explosions there's plenty of it.

Everthing about this movie is overblown from the acting to the cinamatography. The transformers have become so complex they take on a cartoonish look in many of the fight scenes. The humor is drawn directly from the vaults of National Lampoon. Humping dogs and robots, drug induced comedy, and profanity add nothing to an already weak plot. The twin robots can best be described as 'Jar Jar Binks' gone mad. A rip-off of 'Star Wars', 'The Matrix', and 'Terminator' movies. At least GM got a 2 and a half hour commercial out of this deal.

This highly anticipated sequel produced in the special effects department, but left you wanting for a better plot. It's worth a watch for two reasons . . . Megan Fox.

This movie was good, if you're 10 years old. Anyone over that age would have noticed the numorous errors, movie flaws and plot holes. If you just want to see some cool special effects and lots of explosions, then you'll love it. (And don't waste your money on the special edition, you're not missing anything.) The first one was decent, except for the silly dialogue. The same useless silly dialogue was in this one. Also, why is everyone jumping on this Megan Fox bandwagon? Aside from the fact that she a complete idiot and has a deformed thumb, she's a terrible actress! This movie is around 2 1/2 hours long. After about 90 mins. the exciting special effects and worthless plot were starting to get old. My wife fell asleep and I found myself checking the time every 15 mins. hoping it would just end! If you really want to see this movie, just rent it and watch it as a ridiculous comedy. Trust me, after all the silly dialogue, more movie flaws than I can count, the robot sl*t, Shia LaBeouf going to robot heaven(?), robot and human characters that serve no purpose throughout the film, a plot that makes absolutely zero sense, etc., etc...., you'll be glad you didn't waste $20 on it like I did!!!!

This is one of those movies that could have been. It could have been much , much, much better. This could very well be the " Batman and Robin" of the transformers series. If the next movie is not a major improvement, I fear that it will be.

Poor plot, poor acting, poor directing, poor Michael Bay... Idiot took a good thing and made it worse than the first one. Action is stunning, but he went too far on too many different things in this movie. Racial stereotyping (IN A ROBOT MOVIE!) stupid one liners that don't belong, it was like he was yearning for a tag line throughout the whole movie that would catch on and be popular. He really messed this sequel up. Biggest disappointment is you buy a blu-ray you should get a digital copy, this was just as expensive (if not more) than the last 10 blu-ray blockbusters I've bought and it didn't come with a digital copy? Cheap cheap cheap...

Ridiculous plot, no character development, a few characters that were absolutely useless in flim, aka the two military guys, toilet humor, gay dogs humping, gitant robot balls, 2 absolutely terrible stereotype robots thats just painful to hear them speak,sleezy camera shots of megan fox, i cud go on forever. This movie is by far the WORST film i have seen in 10 years. I grew up with transformers and this basically killed a childhood icon for me. Thank you Michael Bay for this piece of cinema filth.

This is a bare-bones, no frills SteelBook. I regret purchasing it. It doesn't compliment the new 'Age of Extinction' Steelbook, at all.

If you're a fan of this movie, then this disc is heaven sent...But if you want to take your Blu Ray player for a nice spin, this is the disc for it.

This film's script went into production during the writer's strike and it shows. You don't have to try hard to see the numerous plot holes that the film throws at you on a scene by scene basis. I won't even get started on the film's 'sense of humor' which insulted my intelligence in more ways than I'd care to admit. I highly suggest skipping this trainwreck in Michael Bay's Transformers saga.

Well, where do i begin? Ridiculous plot,sleezy camera shots of Fox,everybody screaming their lines, BLATANT racial stereotypes, giant robot ballz,dogs humping, and robot heaven. My brain is fried from watching this film..Absolutely the worst film of th decade.

Worst movie I saw last year. by far... The plot was predictable and simple. Acting terrible. Middle school play is more entertaining.
