Worked very well for charging 1 electronic device at a time, but bought this with intent to charge 2 items at same time. The USB PORTION did not charge anything, so not sure why I invested in this device. Of course the only way you know this unit works is when you are overseas to test it out. Unfortunately for me I purchased the unit 1 week prior to our vacation and gone for 10 days so it has been over 2 weeks and not able to exchange or return it.

Vey good adapter. Able to use all my electronics in other countries.

I picked this up for international travel to Europe for the summer. Worked really great. Had no problems with it. I recommend it to a friend.

Does the job but the device is stiff to move from one type of adapter to another and large and heavy.

Its amazing how quickly it heats up and how hot it gets. It is as good as the microwave and certainly better for small cooking than the oven. I like it because it takes up less space than the microwave.

The prongs Sometimes stick making it difficult to push out, and it is easy to accidentally push in. If there is any type of border around your outlet it's very difficult to plug adapter in as it is too large. For the price you would think it would be better quality and sleeker. Not a fan. Would not recommend.

Picked up for trip to Scotland. Worked well there. Liked the ability to charge phone with USB while charging computer at same time.

This power adapter/converter was purchased to replace lesser quality ones. It went to Tanzania and Amsterdam and works as I expected it to. No issues at all.

I have been using this product for quite a while now. It has travelled to the Middle East and Latin America. It is a little bulky with it's round cross section and it did not fit a power outlet in a European airport once which was frustrating. The single USB is a little limiting as well. I purchase later a SKROSS adapter with two USB ports and a smaller form factor and was happy with it until it simply burned out when I was plugging my laptop power cable to it. The insignia power adapter has greatly outlived the SKROSS one, which tells you something about durability. My suggestion is to look for a two USB port adapter which tend to be much more expensive than this device. If you don't care about two USB ports and/or have a limited budget, this is a tested adapter that will work in 95% of the power outlets out there and will take anything you plug on it. It is a good value for the money.

I was able to use it when I needed it most! It could be a better quality, but that's why I've rated it four stars

Works fine as an adapter for items that will handle 220... Items such as most smart phones, iPads, etc. It does not convert 220v down to 110v, such as is needed for hair dryers or other small appliances.

Purchased fir an overseas trip and it worked well I like that it’s smaller than my last converter

Solid Built and seems premium Materials are used. Works as intended. However upfront cost is too high.

Bought some on Amazon but they didnt arrive in time, so we picked this one up at Best Buy. Little more spendy but it works
