Wonderful for a recent trip to Italy and the UK!!!

Travel with it. No problems at all. A little bulky.

This adapter has not performed while traveling to Europe and the U.K. and will not activate and charge devices. Bulky. Will be returning upon trip conclusion.

Used in Spain....worked great; USB port bonus.....

I think this is over priced but it does perform as advertised. Originally bought when I could find one that I had used for years. So, just an adequate replacement.

I am going to England and Ireland this fall and they tell me I need this for my c-pap to sleep at night. I am not sure I got the best one for this because the girl that sold it to me wasn't too informative!

I had a last minute business trip o Japan and needed an adapter to charge all my technology while out of the country. Purchased this product as it can work in many areas of the world. The markings on the exterior surface are very helpful. I used the product many times on my trip and had no issues

I paid a lot of money for something so small but at least we expect more! The thing broke in my first use in Brazil! I hate it!

Used this for my trip to the UK, and it worked great it has a usb port which is great for cell phones and small electronics or you can plug it in directly to the adapter. Also when plugged in the adapter has a small blue led light so you know that it is working.

I bought 2 of these adapters for my recent trip to London and Italy. They worked perfectly. We had over 5 devices that all needed to charge everyday, and I used this power adapter to plug in to a 5 port surge protector and it handled it well.

Not very well made, tho the concept is good - multi-country and multi-plug adaptable. Slipped out of outlets due to its bulkiness. Often hard to "set" into the prongs needed for a particular outlet. Keep looking if you have time.

The adapter works as expected. I really like the USB option it has. The international plugs are sometimes hard to get to lock in place but works well.

This is an awesome converter. I bought something online from England and forgot about voltage differences. I looked everywhere and this is the best thing ever. I simply plug my appliance into it and goes straight to an outlet.

You still need a bulky heavy transformer when plugging in overseas. This might give additional support to the transformer but does not replace it.

It blew when I plugged something into it; however, with Best Buys great customer service and return policy I am not concerned.

I bought this item for a trip to Italy. When I opened the box the plug adaptor for Europe would not extend. Returned it for another one which did extend. I took it on my trip and it worked for only 1 day. The fitting for the USA plug would not accept it easily and when it did the current was unavailable. The adaptor I had bought for 2 euro worked for my entire trip. Terrible product.

This converter was an excellent purchase as the USB port meant that we could directly charge our phones. So phones could charge while you were using the outlet for another use. Highly recommend.

Really came in handy for what I needed. Traveled to Germany and it worked for me
