Has everything I needed and worked great

Worked great for Europe!

can't figure out whether it works or not

It has that, and I can make it work. Whether the US electrical outlet works or not, I don't think so, In any case, I have not figured out how to plug a standard or grounded, US appliance plug into the US plug on the adapter.

Don't buy

She said that it can't handle high voltage for example her blow-dryer. So she used it to charge her cell phone, but than it stopped working all together. Lasted about three days.
