The guys worked about 1hr putting the treadmill together. All was perfect, however they left all the pallets and the huge box for us in the garage. We thought that removal of this was part of the job. We waited 2 weeks to hear back from Best Buy after we complained, but no response from either Best Buy or the Geek Squad. Finally, my 73yr old husband and myself spent an entire day, cutting up all the cardboard and those huge pallets for the garbage. We thought we had paid for a complete service, but only got half if what we paid dearly for.

The installers were very knowledgeable and had it set up and running very quickly. They cleaned everything up and were very courteous.
