    Finally!!! They are very difficult to work with. I paid for the Treadmill in November and they were supposed to come out in January. A couple days before delivery they cancelled my appointment without calling me, just an email. Blamed it on COVID.... I had to reschedule and instead of pushing other people back they moved my appointment to the end of February. On the day in Feb, when it was supposed to be delivered they called and said someone was sick so they wanted to postpone my delivery to the end of March, I told them that was unacceptable. I paid for the unit and delivery fee 3 months ago and I am not waiting another 4 weeks!! Someone finally showed up that day. I will never buy anything from them again! Terrible Customer Service and they will use any excuse not to complete the job especially when they already have your money! So disappointed!!!
