    Was not called in advance as indicated. Customer service had to track progress of truck. Tuff to find workers right now, but I would call this a "drag in the box" set-up at best. I'm glad I didn't have to do it, not much more positive can be said.

    Pure mess! I had to reschedule few times because I kept getting automatic voicemail for that! It’s not that I was getting free service, I did pay for geek squad installation! When I complained about it they said sorry and gave me $100 credit back! I would rather want them to come on time!

    Best Buy Installation Serices are WORTHLESS!

    I purchased a Nordik Track 2940 and it is a great treadmill. However, it came defective. Normally this would not be a problem and I'm sure either Best Buy or Nordick Track would stand by the product and exchange. The problem in this case is that the Best Buy Installation Team KNOWINGLY installed a defective and left it for us to deal with. This is UNACCEPTABLE by Best Buy. On top of this, they are now taking over 2 MONTHS to come and pick it back up. We will NEVER purchase a large item from Best Buy ever again!

    okie dokie, here we go again. the guys that delivered the treadmill were great, I do love the treadmill. everything worked yesterday when it was delivered and set up. This morning I ran as well, and learned that the incline had stopped working. Ive reached out to the geek squad (the actual guys that delivered) and it was suggested by them that the 1-800 number would be better. I called the number, 3 minute wait. Explained the problem when I got through, and was promptly transferred back to the beginning of the phone call, and the automated push 1 for this, and 2 for this BS. Leaving this review the day after set up as a record. 3/3/2021. 9:44am. it has not yet been 24 hours since delivery of treadmill.

    Seems like it is a nice treadmill. Would not know since when it was delivered the 3rd party vendor hired to assemble said they were not authorized to hook it to the wifi or demonstrate the equipment. This despite the fact I paid $200 for the “professional installation “. It was delivered on Aug 6 and it is now Aug 21 and I have spent over 10 hours on the phone/ hold with geek squad to schedule an appointment for them to finish installation. Had an appointment for Aug 19 and no show. Customer service is horrible. No one seems to know what is going on. Very disappointed. I have spent over $1700 and am regretting the decision to go with Best Buy.

    Not working Treadmill

    Hello, I start this process on 15 August 2021, I purchase the Nautilus T616. I pickup on 17 August 2021, first schedule assembly date was 18 August 2021, no show, then 25 August 2021, no show, these appointments was suppose to morning window of 8-1. Finally show up on 26 Aug 2021, as I was leaving for work. Lucky for me my son show up, and allowed the 2 tech to assembly the Treadmill. Get home from work excited that on 27 Aug I can get my first workout in. Plug in power light on, but nothing else working, asked my son did the tech test the treadmill, he stated no. Well I am pretty upset. How do u fix my problem. Thanks.

    Efficient Delivery, Terrible Assembly

    Delivery was on time and men were courteous. I was not home when they assembled the machine so it was not fully inspected until I got back. Left footboard was badly dented and left handrail bolt hole was stripped, so the rail just flopped around when held. In addition, the wireless armband heart rate monitor was left with no charger. No way the men could have missed these things, but left without mentioning any of them. Had I been here they'd have been told to take the machine with them. Save the money and assemble it yourself...at least then it will be done properly.

    installed incorrectly threw away necessary parts

    My treadmill was put together incorrectly. I noticed some pieces in the front are loose. I had a different fitness professional in my home to install a bike and he noticed that the pieces on the front of my treadmill were missing. He said that in order to put them on the whole piece would have to be taken apart and put back together. Instead of installing it properly the geek squad threw away the necessary parts and left it as is, pretending it was fine. I paid $200 for this service and am disappointed that my treadmill is not put together properly. I hope this doesn’t cause damage to my product. I would like customer service to contact me.

    It took 3 hours for two guys to install. Forgot to put the boots on so wires are still exposed. They were unable to connect it to WiFi so the Geek squad spent an hour there two weeks later. It shouldn’t have been this hard.

    After the technician left the treadmill didn’t work and un-usable. Contacting Best Buy was impossible and when I finally did I waited months for a replacement. I now have treadmill #2 and low and behold there is a factory defect where the belt is loose and slides. I bought my original one in March. Here we are mid-august with no solution. I finally got ahold of the manufacturer who took months to get someone out to look as well to tell me the same thing. You need a new one. Now I’m supposed to wait another month for the warrant team to contact me.

    I got an appointment much later. And these guys, don’t even bother to call or text, that they are running late. Waited !! Waited !! Waited & waited .. called the customer service & then after 45 min, the tech, says to the customer service agent, that i had confirmed ir late. I’m on a call with the CS agent, how they were able to connect & get my approval God knows. To cut the story short, these guys won’t show up, if u don’t follow up .. they will re-schedule & your day gets wasted.

    delivery and set up

    The delivery and set up was a total cluster from the days changing to the times changing to the arrival finally at 10:00 pm and not finished until 12:00 a.m. It was wrong and I was to be credited the 199.00 charge for delivery and set up. the gentleman that did set it up, was great. He was exhausted and it was ridiculous. the treadmill and not "mesh" in two parts so it does not fold up as easily and it doesn't feel like it can support a lot of folding. the idea for this treadmill had a lot to do with having that feature. arriving at 10 at night is ridiculous

    Horrible Experience

    A horrible experience. The guy who installed my equipment was very rude. Told me I was over thinking when I hesitated to initial and sign a questionnaire he filled out about his work. When I asked for his name he just walked out the door. I called the geek squad and was transferred to the store manager. I left a detailed message and asked for a call back. Never heard back. Very disappointed. I don’t think I’ll purchase the geek squad installation service again. I really want my money back.

    Damaged Flooring

    No response from Best Buy Claims for flooring damage from install team during Treadmill delivery and install. Hardwood flooring damaged twice from original delivery and again from removal team on treadmill replacement. Multiple attempts to follow up and get transferred between different groups only to end up getting transferred to a department for claims that has no weekend support. Have waited weeks to get instructions on the process and can’t get any help.

    Product Delivered but service of installation not completed. For "liability reasons" they would not place the treadmill inside in a ground floor bedroom. That is in fact what Best-Buy charged me for so the service was not performed as far as I'm concerned. We were able to bring it in with my father-in-law ( we are average height and weight).

    Why 1 star? They didn’t come on appointment date and ignored me. They didn’t even let me know why they are not arriving. After 5 days I called them back. They said sorry, and ordered another person and they did their job after that. I paid over 160 dollars for installation to get premium service. Setting another delivery date was inconvenience because I am a busy person not to mention I have a limited return period. (Waited 1 hour on the phone), Besides they didn’t even compensate me for the trouble. No Guarantees for the time they arrive smh.

    Poor service with Treadmill Installation

    Poor customer service. No one showed up on the date of installation and there was no prior cancelation notice. I took time off work to stay home all day and no one showed up. On the rescheduled date of installation, the treadmill was installed with some of its parts missing. I was then told to buy the missing parts with my own money. Really poor service overall for installation of my treadmill. Definitely will not be getting another treadmill or installation service from BestBuy.
