    Horrible. Beyond horrible. Did not fully assemble the product (treadmill) and the customer services issues thereafter were a nightmare. Ended up having them return the item because of all the horrible service and the 2nd set of guys who came to take it back - they were much nicer and more professional- but even they mentioned that there were screwing missing and things were not set up properly. Went from elite status with BB to never purchasing from them again.

    They showed up in a minivan to deliver my treadmill, checked nothing and turns out the tread was not seated correctly. started to catch as soon as i turned it on and wear out the side. i called best buy to send them out and my appointment was tuesday july 6th, currently 9pm on july 7th and still waiting for them after I called them to ask where they were and i was being moved to "priority" about to return this $1800 purchase because of it.

    Great Delivery, but they didn’t assemble the treadmill. Thankfully my husband was able to and we live in an apartment with a large recycling bin.

    Guys who came to install did not do a good job. They were not professional and also were not courteous of my house manners. Made some stain on the wall and some bits and pieces of styrofoam was flying all over the place. I had to vaccum the place later. Also did not fasten two items correctly. Had to call geek squad to resend the guys over so that things would be taken care of.

    We have yet to have our treadmill installation completed. One of the handles is very loose and the technician knew this at installation and assured us he would be back out in a week to fix it and several weeks have went by and we still have a wobbly handle. More than once, we have had issues with the technician following through with coming back to make this right. Very, very disappointed.

    After repeated calls with Best Buy and visits to the local Best Buy store trying to schedule installation of the Nordic treadmill I had already paid for, Best Buy confirmed that it could not schedule installation, so I had to cancel both the treadmill purchase and installation. Not the way to treat a loyal customer.

    Worst Treadmill setup ever!! Rude and no treadmill expirence. Broken treadmill!! Getting the runaround from the Geeks!! Nobody wants to pick up this huge treadmill. I'm beyond my Limits calling the Geeks everyday and not getting any results!!! Best Buy you need to help me!! Someone with authority needs to have this treadmill picked up. I've been waiting for pick since 4/1/21.

    BAD BAD BAD experience!!!!!! They installed it and left… the belt does not move…. They can’t fix it and they keep canceling the appointment to pick up the defective equipment. I will NEVER buy equipment from BB again! Horrible Customer service…. They put you on hold for more than an hour each time and apologize and reschedule but nobody shows up!

    Our first delivery schedule was cancelled by the delivery company at the end of the scheduled day after several confirmations leading up to the delivery. When rescheduled they insisted they could only get the Treadmill into our garage with no installation. So we moved from the garage and installed ourselves in the basement next door.

    I cancelled this, because I DID NOT buy the treadmill, I have called and talked to someone they were suppose to credit my account check my purchase history out. I’m getting sick and tired of people telling me I owe 199.00 once again this was suppose to be fixed on my account. If it doesn’t I’m going to have to get a lawyer involved

    The treadmill hasn't worked right since the day we had it professionaly installed. My wife has called the Customer Service team and they had no clue what to tell her. She could not get the machine to stay on. They suggested we buy a maintenance plan. What good is brand new treadmill if it doesn't work? Very disappointed.

    I waited two weeks for DELIVERY TIME AND THE gEEK sQUAD SAID IT WOULD BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 7 AM AND 1 P.M. aT 1:30 P.M. I PHONED AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIND SOMEONE TO DELIVR (FINALLY ABOUT 5 P.M. THEY ARRIVED). terrible SERVICE, ALTHOUGH THE INSTALLER WAS FINE.

    People didn’t show up when scheduled. Attempted to reschedule multiple times until got it 4 days late. Scraped it down the stairs scratching the edges, and stickers off. Still works but when I am buying something that costs 4000.00 I don’t really want it scratched up.

    Treadmill came damaged, installers claim it came out of the box that way. They did not complete the update the system required, probably because it would not install. They did not go over the treadmill with me after the install to show me any of the functions.

    I CURRENTLY HAVE TWO TREADMILLS IN MY HOME, THE ORGINAL DEFECTIVE ONE AND THE REPLACEMENT IN THE GARAGE. NO ASSEMBLY APPOINTMENT OR REMOVAL. TO ADD INJURY TO INSULT I HAVE BEEN BILLED SINCE OCTOBER, 2021 AND HAVE HAD NO USE OF EQUIPMENT

    First, having an 8 hour window is pretty absurd. I did not receive any phone calls and no one even showed up to put the treadmill together. So, in the box it sits. I called Geek Squad, spoke to a very nice customer Service man but nothing was resolved. Awaiting a phone call.

    Horrible no explanation at all, pay 300 dollars to bring it an to install it. After finish he had an attitude. An also no explanation of how it function. Best Buy please use professional people. Thank you. An over charge.

    My order also included a mat to place beneath the treadmill. They installed the treadmill and promised to return and place the mat when it arrived. I contacted customer support and was told they would return. It never happened. Worst service ever from Best Buy.

    The treadmill was broken when they delivered. I talk to the guy and he said they will call me to set up a appointment with the technician never call me now I’m stuck with another machine and my payment’s are on time
