the machine never works due to a bad installation and very poor customer service

Canceled 2 times without informing us and wasted 2 days of our time.

Missed three appointments. Ruined floors and walls. Very unprofessional.

Treadmill broken and Best Buy won't come uninstall it and remove it!

The contractor you used tracked mud in on my carpet.

they were very professional and did an awesome job, however there were still screws available after completion.It shake a little. It easy to walk on and smooth.

The guys did a fantastic job from start to finish. Communication prior to the appointment was great. They accomplished a fairly complicated 2nd story installation and they were very polite, professional and communicative.

My item was set up and installed in under 30 minutes. They guys were nice and professional and their instructions were thorough but succinct. Great service!

I am VERY dissatisfied with Best Buy and the delivery and NON-ASSEMBLY of my treadmill. I ordered my treadmill on Black Friday (November 29, 2021). The treadmill was not delivered to my house until January 11, 2022 and the box was all beat up (I'm not sure of what the contents looked like because no one ever came to install/assemble it). Because of how late the delivery was, Best Buy rescheduled the assembly for January 31, 2022. My wife took the day off of work to stay home and wait for Best Buy to assemble the treadmill on January 31, 2022. NO ONE EVER CAME TO MY HOUSE TO ASSEMBLE THE TREADMILL!!! I am totally disgusted with Best Buy and I am returning the treadmill for a full refund! I will be purchasing a treadmill from someone else!

They were on time and quick! Everything was set up perfectly.

It was a no show for 4 appointments. Escalated through customer service - still no replies or courtesy calls. To make things worse, they falsely marked it as completed. They never arrived after 2 weeks of waiting. Finally got my money back after a 20 mins customer support call.

I received a call from the installation company the day-of, and they said they cannot come to the 2nd floor so they cancelled the appointment. This was inconvenient as I had to take off work. When I purchased the treadmill, I saw no specification for 1st or 2nd floor, so this is an error on Best Buy's part.

The installers didn't attempt to check to see if the belt was installed correctly. It makes a ridiculously loud noise when you turn on our treadmill. I can't believe we paid $200 for this service!
