Fast installment! Real quick and professional! Definitely a must if you don’t know how to put together expensive equipment like this!

Everything went great on the day of installation. My treadmill was even wiped down before I tried it out. Geek Squad are always nice and great at answering questions you may have.

Used the installation service for a treadmill. It was done perfectly & quite fast. All packing materials were cleaned up before the team left. Very professional service.

The set up was great, when it finally got there. However my installation date was postponed twice and two separate companies were working with me that were sent by Best Buy. Thankfully the second company came out because the first company had the WORST customer service ever. After almost a month the item was installed and I’m just glad that it is over. Definitely get the installation set up as this product is massive and intricate, but hopefully you’ll have a better customer service experience and delivery service. Delivery problems may have been due to C-19 but the customer service was all them.

These guys were very professional. Answered my questions. They cleaned up everything and took it away. Would recommend them.

It was delivered on day promised on time. Everything set up to work with no hiccups. The people were nice. They were careful not to make a mess. They did what they came to do and left.

This service and the third party company (CTSI located in Compton, CA) that ultimately represents Best Buy is a COMPLETE JOKE!!! I had to give a star, but they do not deserve any stars. They assembled the treadmill and left. They failed to connect the motor so I had a brand new, defunct treadmill in my room. They came out twice to pick up the treadmill, which required disassembly. Well, who would have thought that the company that assembled the treadmill would be unable to take it apart and out of my house?! The second time they came out, I suggested how to take out the treadmill without disassembly. The guy flat out told me that if he hurt his back then "it's going to be on you." Really?! You are going to stand in my house and threaten me? Nope! Told him that it wasn't my problem if this company didn't provide him with tools and safety equipment. He responded by saying that it was my problem. Seriously?? I even spoke to him in Spanish to reduce any misunderstandings. This company truly doesn't give a fork about the customer. The treadmill was ultimately disassembled and taken away by another company - one very polite young man who took all of 20 minutes start to finish. Bought the exact same treadmill, with white glove delivery/assembly service direct from the manufacturer. Save yourself the time and headache and as tempting as it is, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
