When you are on a limited income you have to choose which is best for you - this was not a good fit for us.

I asked for my money back because I was unhappy with services and customer support. I then bought Trend Micro Internet Security. So far I am very happy! After installing it I got a message that said something about contacting customer service if problem persists. If you get that message wait about 45 minutes before calling. I called and was very happy with their service. It was pretty fast and they were helpful. But, when I started talking to them the program authorized so I really didn't need to call.

Verified serial number from product box, Trend Micro Website and Geek Squad - still incorrect. More than an hour on hold with bad elevator music. Don't waste your money or your time. Buy a product from a company who can support it such as Malwarebytes.

I applaud Best Buy teaming up with Trend Micro to make sure every computer purchased at Best Buy leaves the store with internet protection. Of course you still need to install it to work, but that is not a real problem. I routinely use Norton on my machines, but decided to give this product a spin. So far it has seemed to work well and I am not missing Norton at this point. In six months i will need to make a decision about which product to use.
