I uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Fixed it. Reinstalled this anti-virus just to have the same problem. I would not waste your money or the several hours of hours needed to fix what it messed up on your computer. DO NOT USE THIS. It is worse than a virus.

Installation failed on 3 different devices

The sales person told me it is the best anti-virus software on the market today. I haven't opened it yet because I use PC Matic software for three computers. I like PC Matic and until it fails me that's all I will use. That is why I gave it a rating of 1.

I chose not to install the anti virus software due to the cheap cost of my computer. I am dissatisfied with the amount of emails I am receiving from Best Buy telling me to install this product. It is my right as a consumer to not install any product for any reason I choose.

Now it runs nonstop all the time. If you rely on your computer for work and use it for six-eight hours at a time, I would not recommend this one. It doesn't seem up to the task. Very disappointing, and HP is no is no help at all.
