That website looking like something a kid in high school made. I still haven’t been able to install this item and am frustrated I wasted the money on it. If I weren’t away for business I would return this.

It always stop at 3% never finish download. went to bestbuy and replace it and same issue even on TREND MICRO website the trial download for the software is not downloadable I think this software and company is just so bad, that's way they offer this software for free

I can't say I recommend it, as the auto-renew is expensive and super hard to get rid of.

I HAVE had performance issues after loading security software on them and had to uninstall them. Also, I have found that 'free' software like this usually will require you to pay for it later on.
