I had to call and tell them I didn’t want it and then they gave me my money back, just a hassle. Didn’t have much use for it, since I don’t really click or go to suspicious websites.

Poor anti-virus program

Spent 4 hours on the phone with the Geek Quad rep and he could not solve the issue.. had to bring in the laptops and we concluded that there is a compatibility issue so the anti-virus program cannot be installed on the laptops that we purchased. Ended up exchanging the program for another software. Lots of hassle.

Installed and uninstalled in one sitting

Rebooted. No recovery. Had to reset my new laptop back to factory then reconfigure my system. If I could charge back lost time and productivity I would be doing so at a premium. Want more of a review?

Once I installed the protection I wasn't able to access necessary websites for my job. After failing to bypass through security, I had to uninstall in order to get to them and I don't use this at all.
