For example it stops certain info from leaving your computer unless you allow (pop up notification) it. Way less complicated than McAfee (which I hate by the way). All in all it's pretty good I haven't had any problems so far.

But I’m reviewing so I can get the 25 rewards points. I wasn’t even aware I got this until I went through my review list. So I’m not sure what to say about it since there is a 50 character limit, I’m just trying to meet the quota in order to get my 8 reviews a year.

Poor/Incomplete download instructions - total pain

Downloading it was a total headache. An email was sent with download instructions. It stated that the download would be available in my Best Buy account in the digital library - it was not. I attempted to download it outside of the digital library and was asked for a serial number that was not provided in any of the order information or instruction email. Had to spend 20 minutes on the Best Buy live chat to get someone to send me an email with the serial number. All for only 3 months? If I'd paid for this, I would have been even more annoyed!
