Trend Micro offers fantastic security. It catches attachments in my email before I’m exposed to the risk of opening them. Easy to install and easy to configure.

This was a renewal of the software that I have been using for about 15 years. I believe in Trend Micro. It has protected all of my computers for all these years and I will always continue to use it.

I didn't need this so it was pointless to include it with a Chromebook because they come with internet security. Would have like to get something that could have been used or nothing at all.

Hard some difficulty downloading and setting up on my new laptop but the online support was helpful. I like that it highlights links (in my email) green and puts a green check next to it notifying me that links are safe.

This is best antivirus to protect your devices and best buy offer free trial for initial few months to check. This is really a great to protect device as soon as you turn on your device.

I've used other security and antivirus programs in the past, but I actually think this is my favorite. It definitely has a user-friendly interface and the coverage across devices and the program's many different functions is impressive. Like other programs, it comes with pop-ups whenever a function of the program is running, but they are very minimal and in the corners and not bothersome at all. Instead, it's comforting to know that the security features are constantly working. Pro-tip, you will have to uninstall other programs in order to get this one operating to the best of its ability. I highly recommend it.

Trend Micro Internet Security has been a wonderful system for me. I like the communication and efficient services it provides. I really love this Trend Micro System and all its performances.

Received it free with a purchase at Best Buy. I did install it and use it but did not find it any different than any other antivirus product.

I got this program for free with the purchase of a laptop, and it was straight up offensive. The software download took forever on my phone and my laptop. Once on my phone I started messing with it and it started messing with me. It did not work at all. Every time i tried to change a setting on it, it would ask me to log in even though I was already logged in. Not a big deal, but then it would act like it wasn’t gonna let me "log in" even though i was already accessing the functions of the software. So basically I could access the functions but couldnt change any of the functions. As I tried different troubleshooting methods, the amount of things i could even access without the thing having a meltdown seemed to degrade even more. Also, dont get me started on how convoluted their FAQs and customer support is online. It just made me even more angry. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall it multiple times with nothing helping. After reaching my wits end on my phone, I downloaded it to my computer to see if it was any different there. It seemed like there were much fewer issues, i was able to change some settings but it seemed as though the changes i made didnt do anything. The main thing I was interested in was the parental guidance settings for my kids. After getting it set up, i went to test if it was working and it didn't block or filter anything. At this point I was just done with it so I uninstalled it from my phone and laptop and forgot it even existed until Best Buy sent me a "your trial is about to expire!" email, which prompted me to write this review. I see now why they hand this crap out for free. Do not buy this. If they give it to you for free, feed it to your dog or something.

Seems fine, but I already had yearly Norton subscription for my laptop which I can put on other computers so I didn't need it. After McAfee 3 month is up I plan to use that one, so I haven't paid too close attention to how good it is.

I can't really say much, I got a three month Free subscription which I never activated because I didn't need it. Trend Micro has a good reputation, but it still wouldn't hurt to do your own research to see if it will fill your needs.

when trying to load videos or attach files to outgoing email or private messages or while playing online games , experienced some lag /buffing while trend micro performed it's scans of my system ; it's advance protection for your system but you need to be an intermediate to advance pc geek to install and maintain this app ; they have a few features listed on the default dashboard that you cant use without buying an extended license so basically drumming up business to separate you from more of your money ; would only recommend this app to those you have a LOT of experience / knowledge of computers , systems , etc. or you know someone that does to help you with it.

Got this as a free add on, probably wouldn’t purchase given windows included adequate security services

I dont think its a good idea to get this even with a free trial. Especially if you have Chrome, they already have a Virus Protection, there going to interfere with one another.

My only complaint is that XBOX games on my PC are blocked and deleted at each installation and update. Once I figured this out, it only takes me a minute to unblock and restore. Default notifications are a bit chatty too.

Great anti virus protection. Got to use free for a few months, serves it’s purpose so bought it to continue having security on my laptop.

I ordered this internal HD because I was not satisfied with the Seagate's 8TB internal hard drive. The Seagate HD was unstable so I returned it. This WD hard drive is much better from my initial testing : 1) It opens thumbnails much faster. 2) It copied files consistently around 30-40 Mb/sec even when I was downloading multiple files. 3) It stays cool around 33 deg C per CrystalDiskInfo. 4) It is extremely quiet. So, I am very pleased with this purchase. However, I had terrible experiences with multiple WD's external HD. They (50% of the units I tried) were running too hot (i.e., >55 deg C ). Seagate's external drive is much better.

Have use on other people computer, but, Norton Internet Security has more options as a security wall to hackers if Trend Micro fail to stop them. Trend Micro is still a good protection options for shopping and against email spammers.

The integrated antivirus for Microsoft is very good and doesn’t take much of the system resources. This AV is bogging down the system once it starts scanning.
