    Went to store, did not have appointment, tech was immediately available to assist me. I explained my computer issue and the tech explained to me exact what needed to be done step by step. His timeline was quite accurate. I did schedule pick up, was assisted by tech immediately and was given full overview of service provided The tech was most knoelyand personable. Very pleased with Geek Squad.
