Best Tech Ever.

I explained my computer issue and the tech explained to me exact what needed to be done step by step. His timeline was quite accurate. I did schedule pick up, was assisted by tech immediately and was given full overview of service provided The tech was most knoelyand personable. Very pleased with Geek Squad.

Thanks to all involved. Thanks, geeks. They never gave up! And never lost patience with me. I even had two speaker phones so they could hear each other when they were switching to more help.
