    They kept sending me reminders to load the program. Supposedly it was done as part of the setup. I had to call to verify, more time wasted

    The warranty began the day of purchase. Did not have it installed with my Geek Squad appt. until a week later. This usually came with Totaltech, now you have to purchase it. Hope it goes back to being with Totaltech.

    I love this software. The company service reps are very helpful. I had extended the subscription but didn't allow it to do it through auto-renew and I messed up my registration but it was my fault and they helped me get back on track right away.
