When I got my laptop I noticed that in order to have Trend Micro Internet Security on my laptop was to get rid of S mode on my laptop. I didn't want to get rid of it because I like S mode. That being said, I this called 1800 Best Buy and they told me that there was no refunds on digital downloads and refused to help me futher. Misleading

I returned it for full refund before I downloaded it. The product may be good for some people, but it’s not what I was looking for.

I also reviewed this product and it appears that there was some issues with the antivirus due to inside hacking from inside the company.
