I have found this product (Trend Micro Internet Security) very good. I had to make a change to my computer which meant uninstalling my internet security. When going onto the website it was not clear how I could get a download without paying for it. How stupid is that. I want to just download the software and then enter my registration key. to reinstate the software. Best Buy really need to sort this out..

At first I wasn’t happy about the auto renewal but after careful consideration I concluded why not it’s a great product and user friendly. I also like the fact it covers 3 devices. It’s smart to protect your online life. Buy it !

I purchased my new iMac two years ago and was told about getting this anti-virus program. What a HUGE mistake. It slowed down my computer and after it expired I constantly kept saying: "please remove". It pops up every couple of weeks to ask me to renew. I keep asking to remove and even have gone into the library and the icon is still there messing up my iMac on most days. What a horrible product and I am so angry I was gullible to get it.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!! They make it impossible to cancel the auto subscription. I've been on hold for hours, talking to multiple techs (some very rude), trying to cancel an auto renewal I've been paying for but not using for years. Trend micro says call best buy, best buy doesn't have anyone that can assist, etc etc. Obviously not worth the headache. NOT A "BEST" BUY!
