Best Internet antivirus protection in my view point. I had it before and found it excellent. I did however get away from it due to when getting renewal notice felt very high pressured by a sales person that was very rude and I was upset that was talked too but came back due to repair service needed and that repair rep very helpful pleasant encounter.

The product is great, been using it over last 3 years but your installation process needs work. Went through to many changes and had to get help with Geek squad to it to go.

I used Trend Micro for two years and had no problems at all. In the third year of use, I would get numerous pop-up ads from Trend Micro. The pop-up ads were so frequent that I had to cancel my subscription.

Great antivirus for computers, telephones, etc. can update whenever and lets you know in minutes, if any issues and waits for your response. Plan to purchase 2 more for phone and additional pc. Cost is minimal. Best Buy had a good price on this and you can check your phone for SPAM. Worth the money.

It is very hard when you are trying to shop on a site as it always wants you to set up Pay Guard even if you are looking. Trend keeps on popping up at almost every movement when on a shopping cart. One message that was received via email was from a major hospital that we were expecting to hear from and the message was put in spam! Luckily, my wife happened to see it. So far though, it does seem to be doing the job of keeping viruses out!

Trend Micro seems to be ok as it verifies downloads and attachments.

I am happy having the safety of a company looking out for protecting my information. Happy I had a person who understands tech to help others

Very difficult to upload but I'm happy with trend now that I went to BestBuy to have them upload my security.

Excellent Geek Squad lady help me. I don’t remember her name but she was awesome. I thought she was going charge me money I didn’t have. I worked out great. I was very happy.

I have used Trend micro anti virus protection for 15 years and have never had an issue with it. I think it is one of the safer ones out there.

I was told which internet security was best b to protect my computer and the technician installed it for me in a matter of minutes. I now feel my computer is safe from virus threats.

I am very happy with Trend Micro Internet security and antivirus. I no longer worry that I will be targeted on my computer. I get a scan everyday and it lets me know if and how many viruses it has stopped.
