I don't know much about security but with any brand I have used they always protect my computer from viruses and this one is the same. This will protect your computer from viruses no problem you will have to intentionally try to get a virus to get one which it will tell you not to if you try. Its not anything special among antivirus software but it works just as well as the others.

This was a promo when buying an ipad and it was a nice addition to use in our laptops. Really enjoyed it. I am not sure how it performs yet since I only have few days with it though.

I refused the use of this free add-on option for my new computer. I was already paying for another anti-virus program. Trend is a good product I've used in the past.

I have had Micro Trend for seven years and no virus infections malicious software or otger problems. I like the automatic yearly renewal. I like never having to think about security. It does provide good summary rrports of security isues it has thwarted, if you like thinking about those things.

It's virus protection. You never can be too dafe with all of the virsus out there. It is best to be proactive on these things. The best part of all is that it's free with purchase.

I've always used Trend Micro. It is one of the best antivirus software out there. I used to work for the Department of Corrections. In maintenance. And this was installed in a corporate level throughout the state on all the computers. Never failed never hacked. Nothing better. Thanks
