I also found the installation process not as intuitive as most products I've installed in the past and I've installed 100's. Eventually I just gave up since I have access to other solutions.

I never trust third party security. To mayny times the sell your info, have security issues and just ended up slowing down your PC. Stay up-to-date and be causes what you do with your PC.
