I have gotten it downloaded now. I wish it had beef on the laptop when I received it but it was not. I would have liked to have been asked if I wanted it on the laptop when purchased. No option was given that I noticed.

It's not bad, it does it work but I'm not sure if I will keep it since my internet provider provides another tool. I tried it for now and it's not bad.
