I took the new laptop back to Best Buy costumer service. they check on everything, did not find problem with the new laptop, then they took this antivirus program down. The laptop is able to function again. This program only cause problem, did not have any use. I am suppressed that the program was suggested by Best Buy after I bought the new laptop. I did not hear this antivirus program before, will not use it now or in the future.

Windows defender is good and unobtrusive enough for everybody to use. Never pay for a program like this.
