Was charged full price and was told it was a "restocking fee". Bestbuy needs to stop promoting these as free gifts when clearly its being charged as part of the product price or forced on you if you try to return.

You can find the link to download this from the special Trend Micro website for Best Buy customers. You should have an email from Best Buy with the link.

I cannot rate this antivirus product on how it works due to the fact that i dont use it. Gave it 3 stars only becuase it was free not rating this on how software works.
