If you need to return the associated item, Best Buy will charge you $30 for it, and tell you to contact the vendor for a refund due to the nature of the electronic delivery, whether or not you've ever activated the product. Also, it's worth noting that since Windows 10's Windows Defender has a tendency to interact negatively with third party software like this, it's not likely to work anyways. Hard pass on this one.

If you're visiting trusted sites that show the padlock icon next to the web address, you shouldn't be receiving or sending any unencrypted info or downloading malware/spyware from them. I never downloaded this by the way even though it was included with a purchase i made some time ago. To each their own!

Still it states it takes 4 hours. we will see how long it takes to be ready and if it will ever be ready.
