Im not a big fan of this software as when I had a tech support roll, a company that i worked for offered this, and it was really the worst software on the planet. Had so many complaints and issues that most people just uninstalled it. Besides, i have another software i prefer over this.

I never used this free 6-month trial copy of Trend Micro Internet Security + Antivirus protection. The reason being is that they are just too hard to remove from your computer once the trial expires. You will continue to get messages to upgrade right up until the day it is no longer functional. I still don't understand why Best Buy continues to offer these little 'extras' when you purchase a laptop computer.
