I called the geek squad, which is the help number, the representative could not help me, and advised I make an appointment at Best Buy for in person help. It was easier for me to just purchase a different antivirus protection since this one was just a 3 month free subscription.

Posted .Trend Micro supports Mac OS 10.12 and higher, Mindy. If your Mac Pro is running an older version of Mac OS, you will not be able to use your Trend Micro software for that computer.

Never had the intent to purchase this software and it's included "FREE" when purchasing the laptop. When I returned the laptop, did not receive a full refund. $29.99 was deducted because Trends Micro was part of the laptop package. I was asked to call an 800 number to claim that $29.99 back.
