It's not good enough for that whole star. My biggest pet peeve is a feature called "Pay Guard", which prevents you from entering your credit card details while online shopping. You can temporarily disable it but it only works temporarily. They system says that you can add certain trusted websites to a list where they won't be block but that rarely works.

Best Buy threw in limited-time subscriptions to a Trend Micro monitoring service. I didn't ask for, didn't accept, didn't want and won't use it. But ever since, Geek Squad has been harassing me to install it. This is poor customer service.
