You will be bombarded with emails from the “geek squad” if you attempt to download it as I foolish did when I purchased my laptop it will actually prompt you to make changes to the factory setting. It will not download properly and it almost messed up my new laptop. I reset my laptop to the factory seting and removed this sofrtware from my computer.

That is the part that is annoying. I already have a subscription to another company that is not Trend. Would rather have something l could actually use.
