I noticed that my Mac was working just fine prior installing this software. After downloading the software my computer started to randomly shut off. You have to have a log in name and password, however, there is no directions where to set that up. I have searched and searched to no avail. In the meantime, I am left with no virus protection.

Even if you get Trend free with your purchase stick with Windows Security Center as a free AV/anti-malware, it's already built into Windows and it does a MUCH better job
