There appears to be two free memberships with the purchase of my computer. One for 6 months and one for 1 month. They are so overwhelmingly aggressive about being downloaded they seem to be competing against each other.

Good supports Multi-OS's

For Windows I prefer the MS Windows Defender for my security needs. The trend Micro is yet another Anti-virus program. there are better choices, however, if you do not like MS Windows Defender then this would be as good of choice as any. I can't really recommend buy this. However, if you get a free trial its worth checking out. The one thing is that is support's multiple OS's which is good, Because using a product across OS's gives you a better user experience.

Absolutely worth and safe to use

Absolutely works fine and scans all the files as soon as the system is booted. Its very safe to have this Trend Micro Antivirus installed in laptops/mobiles.
