I’ve been using the Trend Micro Internet Security on my new HP laptop, and it’s been reassuring to have this layer of protection. The parental controls are a feature I don’t use, but it’s nice to know they’re there. One improvement could be more detailed notifications about blocked threats to understand what’s being stopped. Overall, it’s a competent security suite that offers peace of mind.

This product protects my laptop for which I am grateful; however, it is very hard to change things. I wanted to make a change and had to change my password but then when I tried to log in I was unsuccessful, I reached out to support and all they said was to keep trying...I have been unsuccessful so far...but good product although support leaves something to be desired.

Product is very easy to use and install. Feel much more secure now having this installed and running on my computer.

I'm sure TREND will be in the league with the other outstanding products that Best Buy offers, but it is too early to tell. I now have a 12 month subscription, that I received when I upgraded my Geek Squad level of service and was supposed to be installed when Geeks did a data transfer. It was not! Additionally, there's some confusion; the literature on-line says I can install on three instruments, however the literature I got with my upgrade says ten. Probably a moot point, since I'm only anticipating putting it on three. Which brings up another point; When I tried to install Trend on my apple notebook, by downloading "Trend Micro Mobile for iPad" I get a message that says " Item you requested not currently available in US Store." WHAT SHOULD MY NEXT STEP BE FOR INSTALLING? Don't want the 25 points

Overall this antivirus has been great, i have not had any porblems with it, and its very easy to redeem, also it doesn’t eat your ram like others, great option

It's an antivirus program. What can I say? It gets the job done.

I don't use much AV software nowadays beyond Windows Defender and standalone scanners, but for less experienced users added security isn't a bad idea. With a free trial you might as well give it a shot.
