They claimed to use it themselves on their personal computers. It was free with the purchase; while McAfee was on the laptop, but just for a free trial with follow-on purchase. Also recommended by Geek Squad as replacement for Kaspersky security software, as this is a Russian product with warnings about from US government agencies.

OK but not great

It's easy to install and setup. It keeps reporting that a new device is connected when my Apple backup automatically kicks in but I haven't figured out how to disable it from reporting that drive. It hasn't found any problems so I don't think I'll contine to use it after the free trial is done.
