Once it became difficult, I just ditched it and called up my Comcast acct and installed Norton instead, which would be good for as long as I remain Comcast customer. This thing would only be good for 6 mths. I don't see the reason to go through a difficult installation only for this thing to be good for only 6 mths as I am not going to spend money to continue with this thing when I have Norton already included as Comcast customer. This thing is therefore a waste and a gimmick as part of my purchase of a new laptop. Should inclulde something else instead.

I especially like the ability to locate a device which is a great second option to the location services that mobile devices already include. Also, the parent controls and web filters available are also a good add on to kid's devices. It works in addition to Microsoft or android partent controls.

I assume it’s doing it’s job, but I don’t really know. I’m technologically ignorant and only use my laptop for college.
