The instructions are easy to follow and the software is easy to download. I will update my review after I have used the service for a few months.

Free Add ons - Beware

I didnt care about it as well while placing the order mostly coz I didnt notice it and was concentrating on the actual item costing me - the laptop. I really didnt need the anti-virus coz I already had and still have one covering all my devices. The real issue happened when I returned the laptop as I had purchased another one from their store the next day. Bestbuy refunded after deducting approx $30 for the free add-on. I agree that there are some people who try to get free stuff - but I am not one of them. I called them up and they said they sent me a gift card which I never received. I went to store and they said they cancelled the charge - I didnt get the cancellation. So my advice to all buyers - Delete the free item from your order - its not worth it if you plan to return your purchase. And Bestbuy should not auto-add the free gift - They should let customers add it themselves.
