Installed the 6 month trial and it’s been good. I love how it monitors your web browser and protects your online banking and purchasing though it’s safe browser mode. So far it’s been great with no glitches or hiccups. I’ll definitely purchase another 6 months if it works out like it is.

Amazing product easy to set up and use I would highly recommend

I never got to use this but did check reviews on it and it seems like good security software. We just didn’t need it because we get free security with our internet supplier, which works great. I do appreciate it coming with the purchase of our HP PC.

This antivirus software is ok. It blocks out antivirus and let me know who or what is trying to us hack into my computer. I had to turn off some features that was preventing me to use my laptop to the fullest.

I’ve used Trend Micro for internet protection on my sister's laptop and I really like the product. The only reason I gave this review 4 stars is that I wasn’t able to successfully activate the Best Buy free 6-month subscription on my new laptop because I was already a current Trend subscriber with an expired subscription. I’ve tried following the instruction manual, but still couldn’t get it activated. I’ve even chatted online with Geek Squad, but because my new laptop was in S mode, I was unable to download the app to share my screen. So, it looks like I’ll have to pay for a subscription and won’t be able to take advantage of Best Buy’s free 6-month subscription.

At first I had difficulty downloading the software onto my chrome book and Samsung tablet. After several attempts I figured it out and was somewhat satisfied. There are still some things I have questions about but it’s only a 6 mos trial.
