Great service. This product is so underrated. I never heard about this but this works as intended.

used it protected my computer, easy to install, to all 3 computers that is why I love buying computers at Best Buy.

I really don’t trust this virus protection because I don’t know anyone who has it. Works good for now but will make up mind later if it is better... geek person told me it is the best out there. But still have my doubts to this day.??.

Very helpful and automatic, I just wish I could have used the feature on the online tab.

An excellent Internet software. I had no trouble setting it up on my computer and everything was really self explanatory no problems what's so every.

This is a good product for the added security needed in today’s times. However, it’s not very user-friendly for setting up or uploading to the device. A lot of red tape and not necessarily very clear instructions. Overall, it’s not too bad.

Had trouble getting the program loaded and activated. Phone calls with Greek Squad proved unhelpful. Finally went to the store and Geek squad had to remove computer from S- mode in order to activate the Trend Micro program. The program itself seems to work great.

I’ve always used norton for computer security but since this product was included with a purchase I made, I figured I’d try it out. So far so good, no issues. Wouldn’t mind purchasing it longer if the price competes with my current security provider

Now this was something that came with my computer and I was personally grateful for. Nothing actually came up but it was mostly peace of mind that I actually had good protection on my new expensive hardware. I did wonders and if I could actually afford to renew my subscription I would. Though when I tried to get a different 3-month offer it would not register onto it. So yeah this is the 3 months I had trend micro that actually worked well.

Do not consider it necessary since Windows Defender seemed sufficient to me (I know very well what sites I visit, what I download and what I install on my PC). However, since it came free with the purchase of my PC I decided to keep it. It is a very good antivirus, I did not notice slowing down of the PC and in the tests of continuous use (I myself passed files that I KNEW were contaminated to my PC) it worked wonderfully. Recommended for those who need a little more protection

I just have a month using this antivirus and it runs smoothly. The only thing that bothers me is the fact that you get notifications for every single software you run. I guess you can deactivate the notifications, after that no any other problems for the moment.
