I hope we will like it when put to use.

Windows Built in protection is good enough if you only go to legit sites. Most antivirus software tend to hog system resources so keep that in mind.

I viewed many malware threats in event viewer that it prevented from becoming a problem. At end of 6 months I extended protection.

I haven't downloaded it yet but it seems like it would be easy to use. I'm not sure what happens after the 6 months subscription expires.

If you got this for free, I suggest you give it a go on a decent spec'd computer and decide for yourself.

Good value as an add-in

You can use it on up to three devices, including mobile devices. It comes with a few bonus services in addition to the typical antivirus service, including a password manager, a way to securely erase files, and privacy protection. Overall, I would not recommend buying it alone, but as a free add-in to a laptop, it is very good value.
