I've run into issues finalizing the install - I've bought several laptops through BestBuy and haven't had an issue until now. I would say give it a try considering it's free. There are definitely better alternatives out there.

I would not purchase this due to the recurring charges. Who wants to turn around in 6 months and renew it every so often?
