I think all laptops should come with this installed

I have installed and used the six month trials and converted some into full licenses. The scanner does a nice job finding virus attacs and malware.

A free 6-month subscription came with my new laptop. The subscription on my current internet security software was expiring so I installed Trend Micro. Big mistake! It is so invasive that it makes the computer almost unusable. Example: It says it has extra protection for financial transactions. What happens is that it opens a new browser from which my password manager was not available! (It has a password manager but professional reviews I read did not recommend it.) It blocked emails that I needed to see. It blocked safe websites that often visit. It kept telling it that the emails and websites were OK but it never learned. I kept turning off features to get my computer back but then there was probably little protection. When I tried to uninstall it, is locked up my computer several times, almost like a virus itself. I'm not a techie but I can find my way around computers. This software was not worth the time I spent trying to manage it.

I installed this security suite because it was included in another purchase, but I extended the use because I found it being very effective.

A free product that came with the purchase of a computer.

I don’t have much thoughts on bundled security packages. It’s not really needed. Bundled Defended that comes with Windows is good enough.

Sorry Best buy, but this is not quite the free gift consumers would like when purchasing a laptop. I guess its the thought that counts, but this product makes the laptop run a little slower, and I bought it for high performance.

This was excellent for the value being free but beyond that I had no use for it I'm sure if someone else really needs it would work for them

I got this for free from buying a laptop. It is not very useful, windows defender is sufficient for most people, don't look up bad things or sketch websites. Use malwarebytes if you need extra scans.
