Didn’t get the code, waste of time

We were never given the code to use it. Tried to get help and can’t get a hold of anyone and told it was emailed to me by the store. So it’s useless. I am sure it would be ok if I could of used it for the lap top? Has to get something else for it. So, kinda of a waste to offer.
