Why would this even be offered with a Chromebook? It is completely and totally impossible to get it to download so I wouldn't waste my time. i use the trend-micro website and do OTA online scanning for viruses if its needed anyways... Best Buy needs to collaborate with this product manufacturer about making this easier to get downloaded.... EVER HEARD OF A ONE TIME PRODUCT KEY?
