The online download took 3 hours total nightmare!

There are 4 different web pages to get the product downloaded. non of them would let you put in the product key code. I finally use the directions on the back of the Best Buy receipt to get to where it would let me enter the product key. The instructions on the package with key code useless. Not the start of good customer interactions for your product. Might want to Quality Check the instructions on your packaging. just a thought

Fixed a few Malware issues!

So I'd say that's a win for free additive software.
